Here are some other features
that give Xtreme Machines an advantage over others. The reason for this is, we build
our own machines and write our own software, so there are many things we can do.
Branding | Clear Print Vouchers | Sweepstakes | Product Availablity | Exclusivity
| Electrical Power | Security | Carrier
Partnership | PrePaid | Consignment | Carrier and Wholesalers | Commissions
Branding
Xtreme Machines can brand all vouchers with the carrier’s name like T-MOBILE or
CHIPPIE. This way the public will then associate the machine with the carrier and
see the machines with the name CHIPPIE MACHINE.
We can also print on-demand advertising and coupons on vouchers for special events
and marketing gimmicks.

Clear Print Vouchers
Each report or voucher that is printed from a machine is printed with the vending
machine id, the date and time. The retailer’s location is also printed on the pin
vouchers. In addition to games and coupons, we can boast of having the most legible
vouchers in the industry.
See examples of the three (3) different sizes and
styles.

Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes are proven a very low cost and very effective way to promote sales and
reward your customers without additional staff or third party involvement.

Products availability
With our system, the carrier’s products are made available to all the consumers
via the retail store. On like print cards the retailer makes the request as to which
denominations and type of cards they will purchase for their store.
Exclusivity
Two-way exclusivity can be given to wholesalers as well as carriers. Normally when
one wholesaler signs an agreement with Xtreme, they will receive a limited exclusive
protection on our products and blocking out other wholesalers from competing with
them for ninety days. In some cases the exclusive protection is extended based on
future purchase and markets. Carriers can request a two way exclusives for their
territory, thus blocking out other carries. This mean the Xtreme machines will become
the primary or the exclusive electronic distribution system for all their wholesalers
and their territory.

Electrical Power
All of our machines are both ac 120 or 220 v 50/60 compatible and are made in the
USA.
Accounting
Our machines have a build-in accounting system that creates its own sales invoices
and shifts reports. The reports are available on demand to the retailer with a press
of one button. We can report on the current inventory levels, shift sales and total
accumulate sale for the current period.

Security
As a standard feature, all deck models will automatically lock if there are no inputs
on the machine for 2 hours. The machine will also automatically lock if electrical
power is disconnected from the machines and in order to unlock the machines, the
service key must be used.
The deck top models can also be locked on demand by the store clerk if he/she deems
necessary. Again, in order to unlock the machines, one must use the service key.
We can set passwords, one for each store or one per employee. In principle, only
one cashier may operate per shift.
All password and security menu are installed based on the operator and the market.

Carrier Partnership
The carrier wanting to operate their own electronic distribution system will be
able to get daily reports from all their retail outlets from their server.
We will provide the carrier with the hardware requirements for their server setup.
When everything is in place XBC (Xtreme Business Concepts) will then download our
software and begin working together in building the operation protocols.
We (XBC) will provide the wholesalers with the vending machines to place at the
retailers.
The wholesalers will lease the machines with full guarantee and service for 3 years
with an option for renewal.

Pre-Paid
Wholesalers and carriers can elect to have their retailers (stores) pre pay for
their future sales. XBC will program for prepaid (down counter) as part of the vending
machines software.
This way the current deposit is always on the display on the vending machines and
will deduct every time a pin is sold. Once the retailer has used up their credits,
the machine will automatically stop the vending of pins until the retailer purchase
more credit from the carrier or the wholesaler. This way the retailer only has to
add credits on his/ her machine and not ordering fix denomination of pins.
Consignment
The carrier or wholesaler may also elect to sell their pins on consignment. With
this option we use the (up counter). Normally the retailer will make a security
deposit to the carrier or wholesaler once the vending machine is installed.
The retailer will then be allowed to sell an unlimited amount of products for a
pre negotiated price commission for a set timeframe, (one week). The vending machines
will the automatically close the sale period (weekly), while the carrier or wholesaler
collect the proceeds of all the sales less the pre negotiated commission . In some
cases the sales for a period may exceed the security deposit.
In the event that the retailer does not pay the sales period outstanding, the carrier
or wholesaler may request an increase in security deposit or stop the flow of inventory
to the retailer’s machine.

Carrier and Wholesalers
The carrier may also elect to sell their pins on consignment to their wholesalers.
While the wholesalers use the down counter (pre-paid) for their retailer stores.
In this case the wholesaler will make a fix security deposit (2,000.00) in the local
currency to the carrier on each vending machine that is assigned to them.
The wholesaler will then be allowed an uninterrupted flow of products (pins) to
his or her machines to be sold at the retailers. The vending machines will automatically
close the sale period (weekly) while the wholesaler must then pay all gross totals
less the wholesaler’s commissions and incentives.
In some cases the sales for a period may exceed the security deposit.
In the event that the wholesaler does not pay the sales period outstanding, the
carrier may request an increase in security deposit per machine or interrupt the
flow of products to the wholesaler’s machines.
