Xtreme is an authorized Wholesaler of UTS / CHIPPIE Pre-Paid Cards, E-Pins and Direct TopUp on the islands of St. Maarten, Saba and St Eustatius.
Xtreme began the distribution of Chippie scratch cards on St Maarten in November 2003. Since then, Xtreme has installed and is currently managing over one hundred and sixty TopUp POS terminals on St. Maarten, Saba and St Eustatius.

A Pin Voucher is a receipt with a printed Pin number. The customer who purchases a PIN Voucher enters the Pin number printed on the Pin Voucher receipt into their phone to add phone credit to their phone, the value of the phone credit added to their phone is equivalent to the amount on the Pin Voucher receipt.
Obviously, this is a more convenient, faster and easier way to add phone credit to ones phone if compared to the older and outdated method where customers had to purchase a scratch card and then go through the process of carefully scratching the card to reveal the hidden Pin number.
The Pin Vouchers are sold in standard denominations of $5, $10, $20 and $50.

With the (RTC), consumers can go to any retailer to purchase and activate their RTC. The TopUp credit can be deposited on the RTC instead of a phone.

The concept of the Bill Pay application is to save consumers time and money from having to go to different locations to pay their bills. Consumers will be able to pay their bills at the Kiosk for a small convenience fee. Imagine no longer having to drive all over the island, sit in traffic, or wait in long lines to pay your bills.
With the launch of the new Self-service Kiosk, Xtreme will be giving its customers a treat when they try a direct TopUp transaction from the new Self-service Kiosk. On Monday October 31, 2011 Xtreme will be giving an additional 10% TopUp bonus for every TopUp $10.00 or more to any UTS prepaid phone on St Maarten, St Martin, the BES Island, Suriname and Curaçao using “Direct TopUp” at their Self-service Kiosk located at Texaco Star Mart on the Bush Road. The bonus special will be available from 11 am to 7 pm exclusively from Texaco Star Mart on the Bush Road.
