Referral Program

Ask your Sales Representative about our Referral Program!

As a way of saying "Thanks!" XBC Inc will reward those who qualifies and continue to support us by paying a referral fee for new business from new customers.

The referrer can choose a 5% credit to their account that can be used towards the purchasing of the vending machine and accessory or a 4% check payment.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for the program:

  • A new customer is defined as one who has never placed an order with XBC Inc prior to the date of the referral, or has not placed any orders within the last 18 months, or has never contacted an XBC sales representative and has been entered into our customer.
  • The program applies to all products that are categorized as machines / terminals and or a distribution contract.
  • The referral fee does not apply to service parts, freight, duties, taxes, or any other type of fee assessed in the sale and delivery of the product or for business management contracts.
  • The referrer must be entered into XBC Inc customer database in order to be eligible.
  • The new customer order must be placed within 90 days from the date of the referral to be eligible for the fee. XBC Inc will pay a referral fee on machine orders for a period of one year after the date of the new customer's first order.
  • Referral payments will be made to the referrer once XBC Inc has received full payment for the new customer's order. Credit will be issued in the form of a credit memo, or a check payment will be made within 10 days of the date that XBC Inc receives full payment for the order.

 

It is the policy of XBC Inc to manage this program at its own discretion.
