Referral Program
Ask your Sales Representative about our Referral Program!
As a way of saying "Thanks!" XBC Inc and Technik Mfg will reward those qualified who continue to
support us by paying a referral fee for new business from new customers. The referrer
has a choice of either 5% of the vending machine and accessory sale as a credit
to their account, or 4% of the vending machine and accessory sale as a cash payment.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for the program:
- A new customer is defined as one who has never placed an order with XBC Inc or Technik
Mfg prior
to the date of the referral, or has not placed any orders within the last 24 months,
or has not been entered into the customer database at XBC Inc or Technik
Mfg.
- The program applies to all products that are categorized as machines and
accessories only and does not apply to service parts, freight, duties,
taxes, or any other type of fee assessed in the sale and delivery of the product.
- The referrer must be entered into the customer database at XBC Inc or Technik Mfg
in order to be
eligible. The referrer must request the referral fee as a requirement of eligibility.
- The
new customer order must be placed within 6 months from the date of the referral
to be eligible for the fee. XBC Inc or Technik Mfg will pay a referral fee on machine and accessory orders for a period of
one year after the date of the new customer's first order.

Referral payments will be made to the referrer once XBC Inc or Technik Mfg has received payment
for the new customer's order. Credit will be issued in the form of a credit memo,
or a check payment will be made within 10 days of the date that XBC Inc or
Technik Mfg receives
payment for the order.
It is the policy of XBC Inc and Technik Mfg. to manage this program as needed at the discretion
of XBC Inc and Technik Mfg Managements
