• We Offer free support by phone or e-mail. Approximately 98.50% of the service issues are identified and resolved over the phone.
• Repair services and preventive maintenance training are free
• One Year warranty on new machines & POS terminals. Leased and rented POS terminals are warranted for the length of the contract
• Six months warranty on used/refurbished machines & POS terminals when available
• Six month warranty on replacement parts and major components such as Inner mechanisms, bill acceptors and control boards

All new terminals are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment. If parts are needed during this warranty period, the replacement parts are covered for the remaining balance of the original machine warranty period.

Our objective is to keep machines operating at the highest rate of efficiency possible.

• We provides for free training at our office or at any of our managed locations including lodging and meals.
• Or for a nominal fee, an XBC account manager can travel to your business operation location and provide training to you and your staff
