- Free technical support with our return call policy, we pay for the call until
the problem is resolve.
- We Offer free consultation by phone or e-mail. Approximately 85% of the service
issues are identified and/or resolved over the phone
- Repair service and preventive maintenance
- One Year warranty on new machines, Leased machines are warranted for the length
of the lease.
- Six months warranty warranty on used/refurbish machine when available
- Six month warranty on replacement parts and major components like , Inner mechanisms, bill acceptor and control boards

Warranty Policy
The following policies are designed to maintain consistent application of warranty charges to our customers.
New Machines:
It is our policy that all machines is covered under warranty for a period of one
year from the date of shipment. If parts are needed during this warranty period,
the replacement parts are covered for the remaining balance of the original
machine warranty period. The policy for converted machines is considered to be
the same.
All other parts will be shipped on a "no charge" basis when a valid warranty serial number is provided. If no valid warranty serial number is provided the parts will be shipped and billed as normal service parts. However, a credit memo
can be processed later if the valid serial number is provided within ten working days of the transaction.
Minor Components: Items such as bulbs, fuses, starters, batteries, belts, o-rings, etc. are considered wear elements and are not covered under warranty.
Our objective is to keep machines operating at the highest rate of efficiency possible.
- We provides for free training at our manufacturing plant or at any of our managed
locations including lodging and meals.
- Or for a nominal fee, Xtreme Rep can travel to your location for training
- Discounted spare part kits available.
