(XBC) was established in 2005 with a grant from Jade Investments Corp (JIC Corp) a private investment partnership establish in 1999.Since, then we have secured a number of contracts with manufactures, phone card distributors and Cellular Telecommunications companies. Our goal is to provide a powerful web based infrastructure that manufactures, cellular and land line carriers, wholesalers and distributors can have access to and can utilize affectively for their benefit. We are founded on principles that a trading organization should have a technical service division to reflect commitments to the E-Distributions industry with out the politics.

We have one strong team of engineers who have over 30 years experience in the POS field and our management team with over 20 years experience in the cellular industry.
