Terminal Security

When the terminal is obtain by the wholesaler it must be program for the first time with the XBC download application.

Retailer Account Security

When a new account is created on the management interface, only the wholesaler can initialize the new Retailer account. After the account is initialized, a POS terminal can be assigned to it and it can be used for sales and report.

Sales Security

All sales request run at the POS terminals must be done with a clerk PIN (personal identification number) If the PIN used is not added to the retailer clerk list the transaction request will be rejected.

Connection security

Terminals can only connect to the POS server firewall ports if is pre-authorize by XBC technical support team for the territory. The terminal serial number and IME coding must be in the list on terminals for the

Pins Security

The Pin number or the pre-Paid Pin number cannot be viewed by anyone until the Pin is sold, after the Pin are sold the clerk and reprint the voucher if necessary. The Retailer can see them both the pin and serial number in their sales transaction detail report on line or using the terminal reporting system.

Pins delivery

Pins can deliver directly to XBC via secure email or to the Wholesaler/Distributor. The Pins file will be converted to the XBC solutions format.
